Relating to full-time interventionists

Removed a House amendment that would have prohibited kindergarten and first grade classrooms from using interventionists in place of full-time classroom aides.

Added a new provision stating that early childhood assistants, aides, paraprofessionals, or interventionists assigned full-time to kindergarten or first grade classrooms satisfy staffing requirements under subsection (a).

Added a new proviso stating that kindergarten and first grade classrooms may not use an interventionist in place of a full-time classroom aide.

Modified the eligibility for using interventionists to cover multiple classrooms by excluding kindergarten and first grade classrooms from this benefit.

Full-time interventionists may cover up to two classrooms, but this rule does not apply to kindergarten and first grade classrooms.

Any early childhood assistant, aide, paraprofessional, or interventionist assigned to a kindergarten or first grade classroom must be full-time to satisfy staffing requirements.

Part-time interventionists may only satisfy staffing requirements for one classroom, a clarification that was already present but now reinforced in context of the new restrictions.

Added certification language at the end of the enrolled version confirming the bill is correctly enrolled and in effect from passage.
