Relating to charitable bingo and alcohol sales and consumption while such bingo is taking places

Replaced general references to 'Veteran Service Organization' with specific requirements that organizations must be federally tax-exempt under Internal Revenue Code sections 501(c)(8), 501(c)(10), 501(c)(19), or be a volunteer fire department.

Deleted subsection (q) which contained the previous definition of Veteran Service Organization.

Updated the definition of 'concession' to specify exactly which types of fraternal societies, veterans organizations, and volunteer fire departments may sell alcohol near bingo areas.
