Afghanistan Counterterrorism, Oversight, and Accountability Act of 2021 This bill imposes sanctions involving Afghanistan and addresses related issues. The President must impose, with certain exceptions, visa- and property-blocking sanctions on any foreign individual or entity that (1) provides support to any terrorist group in Afghanistan, (2) is responsible for or complicit in serious human rights abuses in Afghanistan, or (3) plays a significant role in international narcotics trafficking centered in Afghanistan. The President may also impose such sanctions on any foreign individual or entity that provides certain support for (1) the Taliban or any Taliban member, or (2) any agency of the Taliban-controlled government of Afghanistan. Additionally, the Department of State must (1) require U.S. representatives to the United Nations to advocate and vote to maintain sanctions against the Taliban, and (2) encourage allies and partner countries to impose sanctions against the Taliban. The State Department may suspend the sanctions imposed under this bill upon certifying to Congress that the Taliban has taken certain actions, such as breaking all ties with other terrorist groups. The State Department must establish a task force to (1) implement a strategy relating to the evacuation of Afghanistan, and (2) identify individuals in Afghanistan who have sought admission into the United States as a refugee or humanitarian parolee. The bill requires various reports, including on (1) a revised strategy for engagement with South and Central Asian countries after the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan, (2) a counterterrorism strategy for Afghanistan, and (3) the extent of Taliban human rights abuses.

Biden Can't Force Me Act This bill requires any COVID-19 vaccine mandate issued by Congress or an executive agency to contain an exemption based on an individual's sincerely held belief.
Let Me Travel America Act This bill prohibits operators of trains, buses, planes, and other common carriers that transport passengers interstate from denying service based on individuals' COVID-19 vaccination status. The bill also prohibits federal agencies from making COVID-19 vaccination a prerequisite for interstate travel.
Natural Immunity Is Real Act This bill requires all federal agencies to acknowledge and consider natural immunity to COVID-19 when promulgating any regulation related to the COVID-19 public health emergency.
Your Health Comes First Act This bill requires any COVID-19 vaccine mandate issued by Congress or an executive agency to contain an exemption based on an individual's personal health concern.
Prohibiting Forced Vaccination for COVID-19 Act This bill specifies that no federal law provides a federal agency with the authority to mandate COVID-19 vaccinations.
Transparency in COVID-19 Research Act This bill requires the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to publish, within 14 days of the bill's enactment, all the COVID-19 studies it carried out and their related findings. In publishing this information, HHS must maintain the privacy of study participants.
No Taxation Without Congressional Consent Act This bill prohibits assessing a fine, fee, or tax against any person who violates a COVID-19 vaccine mandate issued by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration or other executive agency.
Respecting Our Servicemembers Act This bill prohibits the Department of Defense from requiring a member of the Armed Forces to receive a COVID-19 vaccine.
Transparency in COVID-19 Vaccination Act This bill requires the Department of Health and Human Services to publicly disclose information about all adverse events that have arisen from COVID-19 vaccines, the statistical occurrence of such events, and adverse effects from clinical trials or other studies.
