SRES 57: A resolution expressing support for the designation of the week of February 13 through February 20, 2021, as "National Entrepreneurship Week" to recognize the importance and contributions of entrepreneurs and startups to the economic prosperity of the United States and the well-being of every community across the United States.

This resolution designates the week of February 13, 2021, as National Entrepreneurship Week to recognize and celebrate the contributions of entrepreneurs to the U.S. economy and to communities across the country.

HRES 116: Recognizing the benefits of vitamin D intake for preventing respiratory infection and COVID-19 complications, and to encourage the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Food and Drug Administration to issue guidance on vitamin D intake for elderly and immunocompromised individuals during the coronavirus pandemic.

This resolution recognizes the benefits of vitamin D to the immune system and the correlation between vitamin D deficiencies and poor COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019) outcomes. It also encourages federal agencies to issue guidance on vitamin D intake during the COVID-19 pandemic.

S 319: Democracy Dies in Darkness Act

Democracy Dies in Darkness Act This bill requires foreign agents to prominently disclose their foreign principal as the source of any paid inserts placed by them in certain U.S.-based publications (e.g., magazines, journals, and news publications). The bill also establishes requirements to make a foreign agent's disclosure of a foreign principal's involvement in certain informational materials more prominent.

S 330: State Veterans Homes Relief Act of 2021

State Veterans Homes Relief Act of 2021 This bill appropriates $500 million to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to fund projects on the grant program priority list for construction of state homes that are approved by the VA prior to the enactment of this bill. A state home is a home established by a state for veterans who are disabled by age, disease, or otherwise and incapable of earning a living because of such disability. The term also includes a home that furnishes nursing home care for veterans.

S 324: COVID–19 in Corrections Data Transparency Act

COVID-19 in Corrections Data Transparency Act This bill requires the Bureau of Prisons, the U.S. Marshal Service, and state and local correctional facilities to publish on their websites and report to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention certain data on COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019) cases, vaccinations, and outcomes.

S 326: Measuring the Economic Impact of Broadband Act of 2021

Measuring the Economic Impact of Broadband Act of 2021 This bill requires the Department of Commerce to conduct a biennial assessment and analysis regarding the contribution of the digital economy to the U.S. economy. In conducting this assessment, Commerce must consider the impact of (1) the deployment and adoption of digital-enabling infrastructure and broadband, (2) various kinds of e-commerce, and (3) the production and consumption of digital media.
