SB 44: Estates - As introduced, deletes the requirement that a creditor's claim against an estate must be brought within 12 months of the decedent's death so that a claim must be brought within four months of publication of notice or 60 days within receipt of a copy of the notice. - Amends TCA Title 30; Title 31 and Title 32.
