HB 1279: Forfeiture of Assets - As introduced, includes offenses in which the defendant intentionally selects the person against whom the offense is committed because of the person's race, religion, color, disability, sexual orientation, national origin, ancestry, or gender within the definition of "acts of terrorism" for purposes of the asset forfeiture provisions of the terrorism act. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 13, Part 8.

HB 780: Traffic Safety - As introduced, requires a law enforcement officer operating a manned traffic enforcement camera to do so only in a clearly marked law enforcement vehicle with authorized flashing lights that is visible to approaching vehicles; requires traffic citation issued based upon evidence from a manned traffic enforcement camera to be issued immediately upon determining that an offense occurred. - Amends TCA Title 38 and Title 55.
