SB 2480: Health Care - As introduced, prohibits an ambulance service that has exclusive rights to provide emergency services within a county, municipality, or geographic area from charging rates that are unreasonable, excessive, or based on rates charged by entities that classify individuals as in-network or out-of-network for services provided for calls received by an emergency dispatch center operated by such county, municipality, or geographical area that has given the exclusive rights to the ambulance service. - Amends TCA Title 5; Title 7; Title 56; Title 63; Title 68 and Title 71.

SB 2268: Education - As introduced, requires the department of education to annually collect and report certain information for each provider and nonpublic school that receives public funds through a scholarship, voucher, education savings account, individualized education account, or similar program created to provide parents, guardians, or students state or local funds to assist the parent, guardian, or student in paying tuition, fees, and any other approved expenses associated with the student enrolling in and attending a nonpublic school in this state. - Amends TCA Title 49.

SB 2568: Driver Licenses - As introduced, requires the department of safety to redesign temporary driver licenses and permits and temporary photo identification licenses issued to qualified noncitizens so that the licenses may be easily distinguished from driver and photo identification licenses issued to residents of this state who are United States citizens; reduces from eight years to two years the maximum period of time for which a temporary license or permit may be issued. - Amends TCA Title 55, Chapter 50.

SB 2521: Pensions and Retirement Benefits - As introduced, allows a retired member of the Tennessee consolidated retirement system or of a local retirement fund to be reemployed as a full-time school resource officer at a public school in this state serving students in any of the grades kindergarten through 12, or as a full-time police officer on the campus of an institution governed by the Tennessee board of regents, without loss or suspension of the retired member's retirement benefits, if certain conditions are met. - Amends TCA Title 8 and Title 49.
