SB 2105: Public Records - As introduced, clarifies that only a person who has requested to personally inspect a state, county, or municipal record and whose request has been denied has standing to file an action for judicial review of the denial and that intervention by a non-governmental third party in a public records lawsuit is not permitted. - Amends TCA Title 10, Chapter 7, Part 5 and Title 20.

SB 1933: Expunction - As introduced, allows expunction of a misdemeanor or felony offense if the petitioner has not been convicted of certain offenses, is 65 years of age or more, 10 years have elapsed since the completion of the sentence, and the petitioner has not had any additional arrests or charges since the completion of the sentence for the offense the person is seeking to expunge. - Amends TCA Title 39 and Title 40.

SB 2288: Firearms and Ammunition - As introduced, requires the owner of a firearm to report the loss or theft of the firearm to law enforcement within 48 hours of discovery of the loss or theft unless the owner is physically incapable of making a report, and to notify the law enforcement agency if the firearm is subsequently recovered; imposes a civil penalty of not more than $500 for the first violation of the reporting requirement and punishes a second or subsequent violation as a Class B misdemeanor; requires a gun dealer to inform the purchaser of a firearm of the requirement to report a lost or stolen firearm to law enforcement. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 13.
