HB 350: Civil Procedure - As introduced, allows a party to attach supporting evidence to a statement of the party's intent to rebut the presumed reasonableness of medical bills in a personal injury action; allows for a certification other than an affidavit being filed regarding a person's compliance with the financial responsibility laws. - Amends TCA Title 24, Chapter 5; Title 55, Chapter 12 and Title 56, Chapter 7, Part 12.
