SB 1904: Taxes - As introduced, authorizes business, excise, and franchise tax credits equal to unreimbursed TennCare costs for eligible healthcare providers that provide healthcare services to TennCare recipients; allows a refund to be issued in lieu of a tax credit on the condition that the refund be used to make a charitable contribution. - Amends TCA Title 67, Chapter 4.

SB 1799: Taxes, Exemption and Credits - As introduced, expands the sales tax exemption on motor vehicles sold to a member of the Tennessee national guard or military reserve who has been called into active military service to include those who are deployed under orders to a duty station in another state or another country and not just to those deployed to a combat zone. - Amends TCA Title 55 and Section 67-6-303.

SB 1901: Local Education Agencies - As introduced, authorizes LEAs and public charter schools to reimburse teachers for child care expenses paid by the teacher each month for the teacher's dependent child to receive child care services through certain child care programs certified by the department of education or child care agencies licensed by the department of human services; requires, subject to appropriation, this state to reimburse LEAs and public charter schools a portion of any such monthly reimbursement amount paid by the LEA or public charter school. - Amends TCA Title 49.

SB 1912: Criminal Offenses - As introduced, expands the offense of unlawful exposure to include the distribution, with the intent to cause emotional distress, of an image of the intimate parts of another identifiable person or an image of an identifiable person engaged in sexually explicit conduct and the image was created or modified by means of a computer software program, artificial intelligence application, or other digital editing tools. - Amends TCA Title 39.
