Permits credit unions to prescribe terms of executive officers in bylaws. Changes threshold date to January 1, 2019, from January 1, 2017, for exercise by state credit unions of powers available to federal credit unions without Director of Department of Consumer and Business Services approval. Modifies laws relating to meetings of members of credit unions.

HB 2603: Relating to rail transportation.

Directs Department of Transportation to study train delays experienced by trains operated by Amtrak and report on findings to interim committees of Legislative Assembly related to transportation on or before September 15, 2020. Sunsets January 2, 2021.

HB 2504: Relating to tax supervising and conservation commissions; and prescribing an effective date.

Increases maximum expenditure appropriation for tax supervising and conservation commissions and increases annual percentage increase in maximum expenditure appropriation. Authorizes commissions to charge for services provided by commissions to nonmember municipal corporations and to apply for and receive grants. Provides that funds earned from charges and grants shall supplement, not supplant, commission's expenditure appropriation. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
