HB 3035: Relating to offense categories for violations of the wildlife laws.

Increases maximum penalty for certain wildlife law offenses committed without culpable mental state to $2,000 fine. Increases maximum penalty for certain wildlife law offenses committed intentionally, knowingly or recklessly to five years' incarceration, $125,000 fine, or both. Adds type of offense to be included in preference point or reward program for reporting violation of wildlife laws.

SB 5527: Relating to the financial administration of the State Parks and Recreation Department; and declaring an emergency.

Appropriates moneys from General Fund to State Parks and Recreation Department for biennial expenses. ] Limits certain biennial expenditures from fees, moneys or other revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal funds, collected or received by State Parks and Recreation Department. Limits biennial expenditures by department from lottery moneys for certain purposes. Limits biennial expenditures by department from federal funds for certain purposes. Declares emergency, effective July 1, 2019.

SB 523: Relating to notification of public about delinquent tax debtors; and prescribing an effective date.

Authorizes Department of Revenue to make publicly available by posting online information about delinquent tax debtors. Applies to all liquidated and delinquent tax debt owed to state on or after effective date of Act and to all tax periods for which tax debt is delinquent. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.

SB 184: Relating to fitness to proceed.

Authorizes court to initiate commitment proceedings for extremely dangerous person with mental illness if court determines that there is no substantial probability that defendant will gain or regain fitness to proceed. Establishes procedures for court to order involuntary administration of medication for purpose of defendant gaining or regaining fitness to proceed.

SB 298: Relating to records of death.

Allows employee or agent of funeral home or person acting as funeral service practitioner named in record of death or fetal death to request certified copy of record of death or fetal death at any time following date of death. Allows person qualified to receive certified copy of record of death to receive certified copy of record of death containing cause and manner of death.

SB 365: Relating to marijuana; and declaring an emergency.

Prohibits local governments from imposing system development charge on projects related to production, processing or retailing of marijuana items ] for increased use of transportation facility resulting from marijuana production in exclusive farm use zone . Allows premises used for marijuana production to continue to be used for marijuana production if premises was first licensed prior to city or county prohibition on marijuana production. Clarifies that supervision, diversion or release conditions related to marijuana must be imposed in same manner as supervision, diversion or release conditions related to prescription drugs. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
