Expands where special district public bodies may hold public meetings to include locations within Indian country of federally recognized Oregon Indian tribe that is within Oregon.

Makes unlawful for insurer that offers life insurance, health insurance or long term care insurance to discriminate against or decline or limit insurance coverage for insurance applicant or insured who is living donor of body part, organ or tissue, or to prohibit applicant or insured from donating body part, organ or tissue as condition of receiving or continuing to receive coverage.

Directs court to state on record and include in order maximum period of commitment or conditional discharge upon entry of judgment ] finding of guilty except for insanity. Requires court to find defendant guilty except for insanity and enter disposition order instead of entering judgment of guilty except for insanity.
Establishes alternative procedure for use by owner, operator or employee of fuel dispensary to obtain removal of vehicle preventing or hindering access to fuel dispensing equipment.
Includes federally recognized Indian tribes located in this state among parties to whom Oregon Business Development Department may provide grants from Regional Infrastructure Fund. ] Requires that moneys in Regional Infrastructure Fund be used for disbursements to federally recognized Indian tribes in this state for specified purposes.
