HB 3535: Relating to pregnancy resources.

Directs the Oregon Health Authority to establish a toll-free pregnancy resources hotline to provide information and assistance to pregnant persons seeking abortions in this state. Defines "medical emergency" for purposes of determining when an abortion is medically necessary. Prohibits the performance of an abortion unless the pregnant person consulted with the pregnancy resources hotline at least 48 hours prior to the procedure. Creates an exception. Directs the authority to conduct annual records audits to ensure compliance with the provisions of the Act. Creates a penalty for noncompliance of $5,000 for each separate violation. Exempts specified records and information from public disclosure. Creates exceptions.

HJM 5: Urging federal officials to expand public school funding and to practice restraint in funding vouchers and private charter schools.

Urges the President, the United States Secretary of Education and Congress to continue to expand public funding for kindergarten through 12th grade public education and to refrain from siphoning off public school funding to support school voucher and private charter school programs.

HB 3159: Relating to public utility rates.

Limits the maximum percentage by which a public utility may increase a rate or schedule of rates in a calendar year to the average percentage change of the Consumer Price Index.

HB 3016: Relating to a rebate program for zero-emission landscaping equipment; prescribing an effective date.

Directs the Environmental Quality Commission to establish a program to provide rebate vouchers for the replacement of combustion lawn and garden equipment with zero-emission lawn and garden equipment. Establishes the Lawn and Garden Equipment Rebate Fund. Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
