SB 583: Relating to a public bank task force; declaring an emergency.

Establishes the State Public Bank Task Force. Directs the task force to study and make recommendations regarding the establishment of a state public bank. Requires the task force to submit a report to a committee of the Legislative Assembly by September 1, 2026. Declares an emergency, effective on passage.

SB 397: Relating to employer time-rounding policies.

Provides that laws regarding employee entitlements for recovery of unpaid wages and penalties do not apply to wages and penalties lost as a result of an employer's time-rounding policies that comply with federal rounding standards.

SB 1037: Relating to income information provided to students in higher education.

SB 349: Relating to cougars.

Allows the electors of a county to approve a measure allowing the use of dogs for hunting, pursuing or taking cougars within the county. Authorizes the State Department of Fish and Wildlife to issue to a resident of the county a special cougar tag that allows the use of dogs for hunting, pursuing or taking cougars within the county.

SB 535: Relating to infertility; declaring an emergency.

] Requires health insurance coverage of specified fertility services and treatments with exemption for certain insurers. Directs the Oregon Health Authority and the Department of Consumer and Business Services to study access to fertility and reproductive endocrinology services and report findings to the committees or interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to health. Directs the department to administer a program to provide reimbursement for certain fertility services not covered by exempt insurers. Establishes the Market Equity Fund and modifies how certain assessments on certain health benefit plans are utilized. Declares an emergency, effective on passage.

SB 820: Relating to sex offender risk levels.
