SB 2107 allows Oklahoma farmers to sell unpasteurized milk not meeting state grading standards directly at their farms or at farmers markets after registering with the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture. For off-premises sales at markets, farms must register with the department and inform customers the milk is unlicensed and uninspected. The bill exempts these specific sales from standard milk regulations but does not alter inspection requirements for graded milk products. It takes effect November 1, 2026.
