Added authority for judges to increase bond amounts without approval and to set higher local bond amounts than the statewide schedule without approval.

Expanded restrictions on releasing defendants before initial appearance to include those on probation, designated sex offenders, protective injunction violators, those already on bond, those who failed to appear while on bond, those with three or more arrests in six months, and domestic abuse arrestees.

Modified 59 O.S. 2021 Section 1334 to clarify penalties for failing to comply with personal recognizance bail terms and to disqualify repeat violators from future personal recognizance release.
