SB 1669 requires Oklahoma public universities to publish annual data about international students on their websites by December 30 each year, starting in 2026. Specifically, institutions must list the number of students from foreign countries, their countries of origin, and the percentage of total enrollment these students represent. This data must comply with federal student privacy laws (FERPA). The law applies to all institutions within Oklahoma’s State System of Higher Education and takes effect July 1, 2026.
