What changed between versions
Divorce, alimony, custody, and support filing fees increased from $183.00 to $183.00 (no change), but ancillary divorce proceedings decreased from $43.00 to $43.00 (no change), while probate and guardianship fees increased from $135.00 to $135.00 (no change). Some fees remain the same while others are adjusted.
New fees were added for civil actions between $10,001 and more ($163.00), garnishment ($23.00), continuing wage garnishment ($63.00), and other proceedings after judgment ($33.00).
Additional assessments were created: $6.00 to the Law Library Fund, $25.00 to the Court Information System Revolving Fund, $10.00 to OCASA, $2.00 split between judicial complaints and interpreter services funds, and $10.00 to county sheriff security accounts.
A temporary $10.00 fee for court records management is set to expire on November 1, 2027.
