Liens; manufactured home; agreement; effective date.

HB 1548 creates a legal claim (lien) for property owners who host manufactured homes on their land. If the manufactured home owner does not exercise control over their home for 30 consecutive days, the property owner may claim the fair rental value of the home as a lien. This lien can be enforced using standard procedures for property liens under Oklahoma law. The bill takes effect on November 1, 2025, and applies only when no separate agreement exists between the parties.
