Oklahoma Corporation Commission; requiring courier application service and restaurants have certain agreement; effective date.

This law requires courier services to have a formal agreement with restaurants before they can transport food for delivery. If a restaurant does not have such an agreement with a courier, it can file a complaint with the Oklahoma Corporation Commission. The Commission will then enforce the existing rules and fines for violations of this requirement. The bill takes effect on November 1, 2024.
