To enact sections 5164.40, 5164.401, 5164.402, 5164.403, 5164.404, 5164.405, and 5164.406 of the Revised Code to require the Department of Medicaid to establish electronic verification systems that promote program integrity for certain components of the Medicaid program and to name this act the Safeguarding Healthcare Integrity through Electronic Location Data (SHIELD) Act.
To enact section 5534.456 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of U.S. Route 20 in Lake County as the "Patrolman Karl E. Bushong Memorial Highway."
To amend sections 2705.031, 3107.15, 3109.05, 3109.051, 3113.31, and 5153.16 and to enact section 3109.111 of the Revised Code regarding minor siblings seeking companionship or visitation rights with minor siblings.
This bill creates a specialty license plate in Ohio named after Paul Laurence Dunbar High School, allowing vehicle owners to purchase the plate and contribute funds to a designated state fund. The money collected from these license plate sales will be deposited into the Paul Laurence Dunbar High School license plate contribution fund, which is managed by the state registrar of motor vehicles. The bill amends existing Ohio Revised Code sections to establish this new plate and fund, following the same process used for other specialty plates that support various causes. Ohio residents who wish to support Paul Laurence Dunbar High School can purchase the plate, and the funds will be used for the school's benefit as determined by the fund's management.
To enact section 3345.91 of the Revised Code to require state institutions of higher education that have an animal testing facility to publish an annual report.

To enact section 149.61 of the Revised Code regarding the provision of personal data to out-of-state entities and to name this act the Ohio Privacy Act.
To amend sections 5747.08 and 5747.98 and to enact section 5747.74 of the Revised Code to authorize a refundable income tax credit for certain child care expenses and to name this act the Childcare Tax Credit Act.
To amend sections 1347.01, 1347.10, and 1347.99 and to enact section 1347.072 of the Revised Code to prohibit various government and private entities from selling sensitive personal data to a data broker or private entity with the intent of generating profit, unless used for a permitted purpose.

To enact section 3301.0722 of the Revised Code regarding model curriculum for world history that includes ancient African civilizations and global influence.
To establish the Social Work Apprenticeship Retention and Training (SMART) Internship Program, to name this act the Ohio Students and Families Workforce Strengthening Act, and to make an appropriation.
