S 2030: Directs a full cost benefit analysis of the technical and economic feasibility of renewable energy systems in the state of New York and to compare such directly with other methods of electricity generation

Directs the public service commission in consultation with NYSERDA to conduct a full cost benefit analysis of the technical and economic feasibility of renewable energy systems in the state of New York and to compare such directly with other methods of electricity generation within nine months after the effective date and every four years thereafter.

A 5151: Relates to extensions of order of protection

Allows family and criminal courts to extend orders of protection for up to two years beyond the expiration date of an issued order of protection if the court finds reason for an extension and places such reasoning on the record.
