Relates to medical and dental coverage for the treatment of ameloblastoma which shall include but is not limited to dental implants and implant-related services.

Requires net energy metering rates for residential customer-generators powering up to four units instead of compensation from the value of distributed energy resources compensation methodology or the value stack compensation methodology.

The Options for Search Listing Act requires search engine operators to give users the ability to disable information displayed by artificial intelligence. This law defines an AI search engine as any system that uses automated analysis to generate search results and mandates that these platforms provide a specific option to turn off AI-generated content. The measure applies to any business or entity operating a search engine that relies on machine-based systems to make predictions or recommendations. Currently, the bill has been referred to the Science and Technology committee for further review.

Establishes mandatory supplemental therapeutic services reimbursement for certain individuals receiving services through the office for people with developmental disabilities.

Requires third party verification of compliance with transparency and safety requirements for developers of artificial intelligence models; requires publication of such compliance reports.

Directs the court to consider whether the companion animal was acquired prior to or during the marriage; the basic daily needs of the companion animal; the party who generally facilitates veterinary care for the companion animal; the party who generally provides the companion animal with social interaction; the party who generally ensures compliance with state and local regulations regarding the companion animal; and the party who provides the greater ability to financially support the companion animal.

Prohibits manufacturers from importing and selling certain household cleaning products that use animal testing, if the animal testing was conducted on or after January first, two thousand twenty-eight.

This bill exempts New York City from state regulations governing frozen desserts by adding a specific provision to the Agriculture and Markets Law. The key mechanism is a population threshold that removes cities with one million or more residents from the rules outlined in Article 4-A of the law. As a result, New York City would no longer be subject to the state's oversight on frozen dessert sales and distribution. The change takes effect immediately upon passage.

Requires the commissioner of health and the superintendent of insurance to develop standards for an electronic prior authorization program for the utilization review of health care services.

Prohibits certain employees with the state from using nonpublic information to gain advantage on prediction markets; establishes penalties for using nonpublic information on prediction markets.

Provides that any person, firm, association, corporation, campaign, committee, or organization found guilty of knowingly disseminating or publishing media without the consent of the person depicted and who knew or should have known that it was materially deceptive shall forfeit to the state board of elections a sum not exceeding ten thousand dollars for each and every offense and three times the total amount spent on creating and promoting the materially deceptive media.
