AN ACT relating to emergency medical services; creating the Emergency Response Employees Mental Health Commission; prescribing the duties of the Commission relating to emergency response employees who are experiencing mental health issues as a result of the nature of their work; providing, with limited exceptions, that communications between an emergency response employee and a peer support counselor are confidential and not admissible in certain proceedings; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
AN ACT relating to certain professions; requiring a person who desires to practice as a school psychologist to be licensed as a school psychologist by the Board of Psychological Examiners; requiring one member of the Board to be a licensed school psychologist; requiring a person who desires to practice as a school counselor to be licensed as a school counselor by the Board of Examiners for Marriage and Family Therapists and Clinical Professional Counselors; requiring two members of the Board to be licensed school counselors; providing that a licensed social worker may receive an endorsement from the Board of Examiners for Social Workers to practice as a school social worker; prohibiting the Commission on Professional Standards in Education from issuing certain endorsements through regulations; requiring certain monies received from the Federal Government by a school district, charter school or university school for profoundly gifted pupils to be used for providing mental health services to pupils; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to crimes; revising the length of the term of the additional penalty for crimes committed with the use of a deadly weapon or tear gas; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
AN ACT relating to health insurance; prohibiting health carriers from retroactively denying a claim under certain circumstances; requiring health carriers, under certain circumstances, to treat deductible, copayment or coinsurance paid by the covered person for medically necessary emergency services as if the expenses were paid to a participating health care provider for the purposes of determining certain annual maximum payments; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
AN ACT relating to health care; requiring certain entities to issue a provisional license or certificate in certain situations to applicants who are applying to practice as providers of health care; authorizing such entities to disclose the information included in certain applications to certain types of insurers if the applicant provides written authorization for such a disclosure; removing provisions for the expenditure of certain application fees; removing prohibitions on certain expenditures for new construction by or on behalf of a health care facility in certain less populated areas without the approval of the Director of the Department of Health and Human Services; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
AN ACT relating to water; requiring the State Engineer to adopt regulations relating to the conjunctive management of groundwater and surface water; authorizing the State Engineer to impose certain special assessments related to a program for the conjunctive management of groundwater and surface water; providing that certain water rights are not subject to abandonment or forfeiture; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
AN ACT relating to telecommunications; authorizing the Attorney General and the Public Utilities Commission of Nevada to bring certain actions to enforce certain provisions of federal law relating to caller identification information; requiring certain providers of telecommunication services to comply with certain standards related to the authentication of caller identification information; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
AN ACT relating to motor vehicles; revising provisions relating to the requirement to surrender a driver's license from another jurisdiction before obtaining a driver's license or identification card in this State; revising provisions requiring that certain persons operating motorcycles on instruction permits obtain experience operating a motorcycle before obtaining a driver's license that authorizes the person to operate a motorcycle; revising provisions governing the documents a person must provide to obtain a driver authorization card or instruction permit; revising provisions relating to the required installation of an ignition interlock device and the issuance of an ignition interlock privilege to drive by the Department; repealing the requirement that a law enforcement officer seize the driver's license of a person who refuses a preliminary breath test; authorizing the Department to grant a person an exemption from the requirement to install an ignition interlock device under certain circumstances; revising provisions relating to certain regulations adopted by the Department relating to commercial drivers' licenses; revising certain provisions relating to a waiver of certain requirements for obtaining a commercial driver's license authorized for persons with certain military experience; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
