HR 4043: Ensuring Patient Access to Critical Breakthrough Products Act of 2021

Ensuring Patient Access to Critical Breakthrough Products Act of 2021 This bill provides for Medicare coverage of medical devices that are approved under the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Breakthrough Devices Program.
