This bill authorizes the town of Marion to issue a special license to J. Sull Wine for selling alcoholic beverages for off-premises consumption. The license is specific to this business location and cannot be transferred to a different address, though it can be renewed or reassigned to a new applicant at the same spot if tax and fee obligations are met. If the license is not used or is cancelled, it must be returned to the town, and a new license for the same location can only be issued within three years.
