This bill authorizes the state to transfer two specific parcels of land to Tewksbury Town: an 11.019-acre parcel for cemetery use and a 0.517-acre parcel for recreational purposes. The state commissioner must determine the fair market value for both the land's current use and its intended purpose, and if sold below value, must document the difference. Tewksbury Town will cover all costs for surveys, appraisals, and deed preparation related to these transfers.
