SB 142: Amending certain department of wildlife, parks and tourism statutes by requiring coast guard-approved personal flotation devices as prescribed by the secretary of wildlife, parks and tourism in rules and regulations and updating the reference to the guidelines of the American fisheries society in the commercialization of wildlife statute.
