SJR 12: Vehicle joint resolution.

This bill (SJR 12) is a proposed constitutional amendment related to vehicles, but the provided context lacks specific details about its content, purpose, or affected parties. No concrete policy mechanisms, affected groups, or substantive provisions are described in the available information.
