Amends the Election Code. Makes a technical change in the definition Section of the campaign finance Article.
Creates a Joint Task Force on Illinois Mobile Homes.
Amends the School Code and the Illinois School Student Records Act. For a student who is transferring to another school, provides that information regarding any probable cause notices, disposition orders, or court orders with regard to a student who has been detained for proceedings under the Juvenile Court Act of 1987 or for any criminal offense or violation of a municipal or county ordinance shall be forwarded along with the student's school records, with exceptions. Provides that school student record information released to juvenile authorities shall be limited to information that pertains to the use of a controlled substance, assault, threatening conduct, possession or use of weapons, possession of imitation weapons, theft, or property damage. Allows the parent or guardian to object to the release of this information. Provides that no cause of action or claim for relief, civil or criminal, may be maintained against any school, employee or official of a school, or person acting at the direction of a school for complying with a request for this information. Amends the State Mandates Act to require implementation without reimbursement.
Amends the Illinois Grain Quality Program Act of 1988. Makes a technical change to a Section concerning pilot projects.
Amends the Uniform Disposition of Unclaimed Property Act. Exempts funds held in a lawyer's trust account established under Supreme Court Rules from being presumed abandoned after the funds have remained unclaimed for 5 years. Effective immediately.
Amends the Minimum Wage Law. Makes a stylistic change in provisions concerning the posting of a summary of the Minimum Wage Law.
Amends the Health Maintenance Organization Act. Makes technical changes in a Section concerning the short title.
Amends the School Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the School Code's construction.
Amends the The Department of Revenue Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Provides that the Department of Revenue may adopt rules to mandate the electronic filing of any return or document required to be filed under any Act administered by the Department except for individual or estate returns filed under the Illinois Income Tax Act. Effective on July 1, 2004.
Creates the Bioterrorism Preparedness Act. Contains only a short title provision.
Amends the Illinois Insurance Code. Makes a technical change in a Section relating to reimbursement of physicians and podiatrists.
Amends the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the setting of child support.
