Declares September 28 through October 4, 2026 as FTD Awareness Week in the State of Illinois to bring attention to Frontotemporal Degeneration (FTD) disease.
Commends the efforts of the COVID-19 Monument Commission and the Hektoen Institute of Medicine for their work on the Global COVID-19 Monument Project.

Urges the Illinois Department of Revenue, in consultation with the Governor's Office of Management and Budget, to conduct a study to determine the feasibility of phasing out the use of property taxes as a funding source for school districts and replacing that revenue with other State and local revenue streams.
Proposes to amend the Legislature Article of the Illinois Constitution concerning the decennial redistricting of Legislative and Representative Districts. Provides that Legislative and Representative Districts shall each be drawn, in order of priority, (1) to be substantially equal in population; (2) to ensure that no citizen is denied an equal opportunity to participate in the political process and to elect representatives of his or her choice; (3) to create, where practical, racial coalition or influence Districts; (4) to be contiguous; and (5) to the extent practicable, to be compact. Effective upon being declared adopted.
Recognizes and honors February 17, 2026 as the 18th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kosova. Extends best wishes to the people of the Republic of Kosova. Expresses appreciation to the Albanian-American community for its contributions to the strength, diversity, and prosperity of the State of Illinois.
Declares April 16, 2026 as Emergency Management Day in the State of Illinois. Encourages the members and staff of the General Assembly to visit the exhibition of specialty equipment staged on 2nd Street and Capitol Avenue in Springfield from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on April 16, 2026. Further encourages them to meet with the constituent emergency response personnel entrusted with the operation of such equipment.
Declares May 12, 2026 as Myalgic Encephalomyelitis Awareness Day in the State of Illinois. Encourages increased public education and awareness efforts regarding Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME), support for individuals and families affected by the disease, and continued attention to research and health care initiatives aimed at improving diagnosis, treatment, and quality of life for those living with ME.
Creates the Illinois Condominium Governance and Transparency Task Force to study the transparency, financial integrity, and safe living conditions of residents of condominiums and common interest community associations.
