APPROPRIATIONS – PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION – STATE TAX COMMISSION – INDUSTRIAL COMMISSION – Amends existing law to increase the salaries of commissioners of the Public Utilities Commission, State Tax Commission, and Industrial Commission.
