LAKE PEND OREILLE, PEND OREILLE RIVER, PRIEST LAKE AND PRIEST RIVER COMMISSION – Amends existing law to provide that the commission shall have the authority to designate representatives to participate in proceedings regarding the Columbia River Basin; and to provide that moneys in the commission fund may also be used to provide for participation in proceedings regarding the Columbia River Basin.
