NONCLASSIFIED STATE OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES – Amends existing law to clarify a provision regarding the salary or wage of certain nonclassified employees and to provide that department directors and the administrator of the Division of Human Resources are authorized to seek certain remedies from certain employees who resign after receiving a recruitment or retention bonus.
