OIL AND GAS – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding applications for and permits to drill or treat a well, integration order options and the processing of certain applications for orders; to revise certain fee provisions; to provide that requests for orders may be appealed to the Oil and Gas Commission; and to revise provisions regarding hearings, written orders and the exhaustion of administrative remedies.
