KEEP IDAHO SAFE ACT – Adds to existing law to provide for the establishment and operation of a registry, to provide for prohibited communications, to provide for consent, exceptions, investigation of violation complaints, to provide for fees and for a criminal penalty, and to provide for civil actions and defenses.
