SB 391: RELATING TO BEHAVIOR ANALYSIS.

Appropriates funds to the Department of Education to provide public school students with behavior analysis services. Requires the Department to seek any necessary approvals from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to amend the state medicaid plan to include applied behavior analysis services for eligible students who have been diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder. SB 1050: RELATING TO HOUSING.

Establishes a task force within the Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation to examine and report on the feasibility of the State establishing and operating a housing loan program for state employees similar to the United States Department of Veterans Affairs' home loan program. SB 1380: RELATING TO SUSTAINABILITY.

Requires the Office of Planning to update the Hawaii 2050 Sustainability Plan and submit the updated plan to the Legislature prior to the Regular Session of 2021 and every 10th session thereafter, using the goal and priority guidelines of the State Plan and the Hawaii Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation Initiative as guiding principles. SB 517: RELATING TO HOUSING.

Requires each county to prepare a housing supply plan to plan for projected increases in the State's housing supply to meet housing demands of the respective county, identify and analyze existing and projected housing needs for all income levels, and identify adequate sites for housing, including rental housing.
