SB 1046: RELATING TO DOMESTIC VIOLENCE.

Allows an employee to take family leave in addition to victim leave for leave to seek safety, medical attention, or victim services related to domestic or sexual violence against the employee or the employee's minor child. Requires the employee to submit certification and employer confidentiality of information except under certain conditions. (SB1046 HD1)

HB 352: RELATING TO THE STATE CAPITOL.

Provides the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives the authority to jointly allocate and assign for occupation non-metered parking stalls except those reserved for the Office of the Governor and Office of the Lieutenant Governor and all office space at the state capitol except the fifth floor and certain offices of the fourth floor. Provides the Governor the authority to allocate office space on the fifth floor of the state capitol. Takes effect 1/1/2051. (SD1)

HB 334: RELATING TO INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT ACCOUNTS.

Expands eligibility for state-funded individual development accounts to households with income up to 100 percent of the area median income. Expands allowable uses of account funds for costs associated with rental housing, public transportation, and purchasing or repairing a motor vehicle. Clarifies reporting requirements for fiduciary organizations. Reactivates the tax credit for the five-year period from 2020 through 2024. Effective 7/1/2075. (SD1)

SB 1003: RELATING TO INNOVATIVE PROJECT DELIVERY GUIDELINES.

Establishes the Innovative Project Delivery Guidelines Task Force to establish guidelines for the use of innovative project delivery arrangements for public infrastructure. Requires DAGS to adopt rules. Requires task force to submit report to the 2020 Legislature. Appropriates moneys. (SB1003 HD1)
