SB 1069: RELATING TO REDUCTION OF NOISE FROM HELICOPTER OPERATIONS.

Establishes a tax credit for taxpayers who install a helicopter noise-canceling technology system on a helicopter owned by the taxpayer and operated primarily within the State during the taxable year. Establishes a tour helicopter surcharge. Establishes a helicopter noise-canceling technology system special fund. (SB1069 HD1)

SB 1422: RELATING TO LAW ENFORCEMENT.

Specifies that police officers have the discretion to issue citations, in lieu of making a lawful arrest without warrant, for nonviolent class C felonies, misdemeanors, petty misdemeanors, and violations, subject to certain findings by the officer. (SB1422 HD2)
