HB 1932: RELATING TO THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION.

Authorizes the Department of Transportation to acquire, including by condemnation, any real, personal, or mixed property for immediate or future use and own, hold, improve, rehabilitate, sell, assign, exchange, transfer, convey, lease, or dispose of the property acquired. Amends the definition of "public lands" to exclude lands set aside for the Department of Transportation, leased by the Department of Transportation, or to which the Department of Transportation holds title. HB 2577: RELATING TO EDUCATION.

Authorizes the Department of Health to require the Department of Education to report coronavirus disease 2019 potential outbreaks or other public health emergencies and related information in a manner most appropriate to public health and safety, as determined by the Department of Health. Prohibits the Department of Health from requiring the Department of Education to provide personally identifiable information in any report pursuant to the federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act.
