SB 1288: RELATING TO CONDOMINIUM VOTING.

Permits a condominium board to direct the use of an electronic voting device at any condominium association meeting regardless of whether a secret ballot is used or required. Requires a condominium board to take reasonable steps to ensure secrecy and integrity of the votes, and that an audit trail be available after the meeting. (SD1)

HB 121: RELATED TO NON-GENERAL FUNDS.

Abolishes the Captain Cook memorial fund, custodial services special fund, donations for voter registration drive trust account, and information technology trust fund of the Department of Accounting and General Services and transfers unencumbered balances to the general fund.

HB 31: RELATING TO ELECTION NOMINATION PAPERS.

Amends the voter information requirements for election nomination papers and the withdrawal of a nominating voter's signature by requiring only the month and date portions of a voter's date of birth. Repeals the social security number requirements. (HB31 HD1)

SB 638: RELATING TO LIQUOR.

Adds unlicensed sale of liquor and unlicensed manufacture of liquor as offenses for which property is subject to forfeiture and increases the grade of the offense of unlicensed sale of liquor to a class C felony. Amends definitions of "organized crime" and "racketeering activity" to include the unlicensed sale of liquor. (SD1)

SB 325: RELATING TO PARENTAGE.

Clarifies that evidence relating to an alleged parent's consent to an artificial insemination procedure that resulted in the birth of a child may be introduced as evidence relating to paternity. (SD1)

SB 107: RELATING TO VOTING.

Provides that the ballot of an absentee or military-overseas voter is valid even if the voter becomes ineligible to vote after casting the ballot. Repeals the requirement that an absentee voter's ballot be deemed invalid if the voter returns the return envelope but dies prior to the opening of polls. (SD1)

SB 464: RELATING TO PRIVATE PROPERTY.

Authorizes a property owner or agent to enter adjacent property with albizia trees under certain conditions, including consulting with a tree arborist and providing written notice, to control albizia trees before they become hazardous. Provides a defense to criminal prosecution. (SD2)
