HB 54: RELATING TO SMALL BOAT HARBORS.

Prohibits the Chairperson of BLNR from adopting any rule with respect to a small boat harbor where a marine fueling station has been established that requires the exclusive fueling of vessels from that station only.

SB 981: RELATING TO THE HAWAII LABOR RELATIONS BOARD.

Allows the Hawaii Labor Relations Board to send notices of hearing electronically. Requires the party seeking judicial review to bear the cost of preparing a transcript, except as provided by law, in which case the Board shall bear the cost of preparing the transcript. (SB981 HD1)

SB 1086: RELATING TO THE MOTION PICTURE, DIGITAL MEDIA, AND FILM PRODUCTION INCOME TAX CREDIT.

Amends the Motion Picture, Digital Media, and Film Production Income Tax Credit by providing additional tax credit options for payroll costs and 35 percent of qualified production costs for qualified productions employing local workers in a county with a population of 700,000 or less; permitting the option of offering the State an alternative marketing opportunity; adding new verification and reporting requirements; and extending the repeal of the tax credit until January 1, 2024. HB 145: RELATING TO NET INCOME TAX.

Restores the deduction for state taxes paid for taxpayers with income above specified thresholds. Establishes limitations on claims for itemized tax deductions, based on taxpayer's federal adjusted gross income. (HB145 HD1)
