A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 40-6-390.1 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to reckless stunt driving, so as to replace the forfeiture penalty of a motor vehicle involved in a second offense of reckless stunt driving with authority to order the installation of a device which limits the speed of such vehicle; to provide for a definition; to provide for procedures and conditions upon issuance of such orders; to provide for notification to the Department of Revenue; to provide for a penalty; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Title 40 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to motor vehicles and traffic, so as to prohibit electric tinting; to provide for penalties; to prohibit the use of digital license plates; to provide for a definition; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to repeal an Act creating and establishing a joint airport authority for the City of Winder and the County of Barrow, approved March 25, 1958 (Ga. L. 1958, p. 3087), as amended, particularly by an Act approved March 28, 1986 (Ga. L. 1986, p. 5518) and an Act approved March 16, 1989 (Ga. L. 1989, p. 3764); to provide for the assets and liabilities thereof; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 2 of Chapter 14 of Title 40 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to speed detection devices, so as to repeal all laws relative to enforcement of speeding violations in school zones through the use of automated traffic enforcement safety devices; to provide for conforming changes; to prohibit a local governing body or law enforcement agency from entering into or renewing a contract that provides for enforcement of laws relative to speeding violations in school zones through the use of automated traffic enforcement safety devices; to provide for related matters; to provide for effective dates; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
