A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 1 of Article 3 of Chapter 5 of Title 50 of the O.C.G.A., relating to general authority, duties, and procedure of state purchasing, so as to require entities furnishing certain materials to the state to identify held environmental and fair trade certifications, and require certain entities to hold environmental certifications in order to furnish certain materials to the state; to amend Article 1 of Chapter 8 of Title 50 of the O.C.G.A., relating to general provisions of the Department of Community Affairs; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
