Department of Business and Professional Regulation; Requiring that certain reports relating to the transportation or possession of cigarettes be filed with the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco through the division’s electronic data submission system; renaming the Florida State Boxing Commission as the Florida Athletic Commission; revising requirements for issuing special licenses to certain food service establishments; providing the circumstances under which a person is delinquent in the payment of an assessment in the context of eligibility for membership on certain condominium boards, etc.
Loss Run Statements; Requires insurers to provide loss run statements or specified information to insureds within specified timeframe; provides notification requirements; provides claims history requirements for loss run statements; provides insurers are not required to provide loss reserve information; prohibits fees.
Appellate Courts Headquarters and Travel; Revises provisions governing payment of subsistence & travel reimbursement for certain Supreme Court justices & DCA judges; authorizes certain DCA judges to have facility in their county of residence designated as their official headquarters; provides that county is not required to provide space for judges; authorizes counties to enter into agreements with DCA for use of county courthouse space; prohibits district court of appeal from using state funds to lease space to establish judge's official headquarters.
Decedents’ Property; Specifying that precious metals are tangible personal property for the purposes of the Florida Probate Code; specifying that certain attorneys and persons are not entitled to compensation for serving as a personal representative unless the attorney or person is related to the testator or unless certain disclosures are made before a will is executed; specifying that certain attorneys and persons are not entitled to compensation for serving as a trustee unless the attorney or person is related to the settlor or unless certain disclosures are made before the trust instrument is executed, etc.
Emergency Reporting; Requires DEM to create list of reportable incidents; requires political subdivision to report certain incidents; authorizes DEM to establish guidelines for reporting; requires DEM to annually provide list of reportable incidents to certain entities.
Asbestos Trust Claims; Requires plaintiff to provide certain materials after filing asbestos claim; authorizes defendant to seek discovery from asbestos trust; prohibits plaintiff from barring discovery or claiming privilege or confidentiality; specifies legal relevancy of asbestos trust claims materials & trust governance documents; requires trial court to adjust certain judgments under specified conditions.

Rec./Records and Information Provided to Specified Entities for Disaster Recovery Assistance; Provides exemption from public records requirements for property photographs & personal identifying information provided to specified entities by persons for purpose of disaster recovery assistance; provides for future legislative review & repeal of exemption; provides statement of public necessity.
OGSR/Information Held by an Investigative Agency; Amending a provision relating to an exemption from public records requirements for information held by an investigative agency pursuant to an investigation relating to an activity prohibited under the Florida RICO Act; removing the scheduled repeal of the exemption, etc.
Reproductive Medicine; Provides that certain health care profession licensees & physicians who perform specified acts with human reproductive material without recipient's consent are subject to certain disciplinary action; prohibits health care practitioner from intentionally performing specified acts with reproductive material of donor without recipient's consent; provides penalties; tolls applicable time limitations for criminal prosecution.
Police Vehicles; Prohibits person from knowingly selling, exchanging, or transferring police vehicle without removing any police markings from vehicle & confirming that police markings have been removed.
Fish and Wildlife Activities; Prohibits certain harassment of hunters, trappers, & fishers in or on specified lands, areas, & waters; authorizes FWCC to designate additional free fishing days; prohibits certain possession of specified reptiles; designates green iguanas & tegu lizards as prohibited reptiles; authorizes certain persons & entities to exhibit, sell, or breed green iguanas & tegu lizards commercially under specified conditions.
