Beverage Law; Repealing provisions relating to limitations on the size of individual wine containers and individual cider containers; revising provisions that authorize a restaurant to allow patrons to remove partially consumed bottles of wine from the restaurant for off-premises consumption; revising the requirements for the sale of branded products by a licensed craft distillery to consumers; authorizing a craft distillery to transfer specified quantities of specified distilled spirits from certain locations to its souvenir gift shop, etc.

Regulation of Pet Stores; Creating the "Florida Pet Protection Act"; requiring the licensure of pet stores; requiring the Department of Business and Professional Regulation to adopt procedures for such licensure; regulating the sale or transfer of household pets by pet stores; limiting the sources from which pet stores may acquire pets for sale; requiring the department to conduct periodic inspections of pet stores and audit sales records, etc.

Youth Athletic Activities; Defining the term “athletics personnel”; requiring an entity that administers or conducts a high-risk youth athletic activity or related training on certain property to require unpaid or volunteer athletics personnel to complete a specified course; requiring such personnel to complete the course within a specified timeframe after their initial involvement, and annually thereafter, etc.
Abandoned Cemeteries; Creates Task Force on Abandoned African-American Cemeteries; requires DOS to partner with USF in investigations, identification, location & notification of next of kin; provides requirements for costs of specified services; requires DOS to report to Governor, Cabinet, & Legislature; authorizes DOS to adopt rules. Public Records and Meetings/Interstate Medical Licensure Compact; Providing an exemption from public records requirements for certain information held by the Department of Health, the Board of Medicine, or the Board of Osteopathic Medicine, pursuant to the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact; providing an exemption from public meeting requirements for certain meetings or portions of certain meetings of the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact Commission; providing for future legislative review and repeal of the exemptions; providing a statement of public necessity, etc.
