Coverage by Citizens Property Insurance Corporation; Revises eligibility for coverage of residential structures in certain counties by Citizens Property Insurance Corporation; requires corporation to implement certain rate increases annually in such counties for single policies issued by corporation; provides additional policies issued by corporation which do not require policyholders to purchase flood insurance as condition for maintaining policies.
Child Welfare; Provides that new medical report relating to provision of psychotropic medication to child in legal custody of DCF may be required only under certain circumstances; requires DCF & each community-based care lead agency to coordinate with certain organizations & meet quarterly; requires DCF & each community-based care lead agency to make certain information available on their respective websites; requires, beginning in specified year, DCF & each community-based care lead agency to publish on their respective websites biannual report containing specified information; requires caregiver to provide weekly cash allowance to each child in his or her care beginning when child attains certain age; requires physician to provide to pharmacy copy of certain documentation, rather than signed attestation, with certain prescriptions.
Motorcycle Specialty License Plates; Requires DHSMV to develop Endless Summer motorcycle specialty license plate; specifies design requirement for plate; requires that number of valid Endless Summer motor vehicle & motorcycle specialty license plates be added together for purposes of certain determination.
Design Professional Contracts; Provides that certain professional services contracts entered into with design professionals on or after specified date are void & unenforceable; requires specified standard of care in professional services contracts entered into with design professionals.
Electric Vehicle Registration Fees; Defining the term “battery electric vehicle”; requiring the owner of a battery electric vehicle to pay certain annual registration fees; requiring that such fees be deposited into the State Transportation Trust Fund and used for a certain purpose, etc.
Pub. Rec./Law Enforcement Officers Actively Engaged in Official Duty; Authorizes certain law enforcement officers to decline to accept or process public records requests; provides requirements for such officers; provides penalty.
Coverage for the Treatment of Stuttering; Authorizes AHCA to pay for certain services & devices as treatment of stuttering for Medicaid recipients; authorizes speech therapy in person & via telehealth as treatment for stuttering; authorizes agency to include use of certain communication technologies, applications, & platforms for such telehealth treatment; requires certain individual health insurance policies, group health insurance policies, & health maintenance contracts to provide coverage for specified services & devices as treatment for stuttering; authorizes speech therapy in person & via telehealth.
Electric Personal Assistive Mobility Devices; Increasing the minimum age requirements relating to the use of helmets for electric personal assistive mobility devices, etc.
Community Rehabilitation Programs; Providing minimum requirements a community rehabilitation program must meet to qualify to enter into a cooperative agreement with the Division of Blind Services to provide certain services; providing that a community rehabilitation program that meets specified requirements is considered a priority service provider for purposes of program funding; requiring the Florida Association of Agencies Serving the Blind, Inc., to coordinate with the division to ensure cooperative agreements meet certain needs, etc.

Motor Vehicle Registration Renewal; Deleting provisions requiring a validation sticker to be issued with each license plate and requiring certain license plates to include validation stickers; requiring that registration renewals be recorded electronically; deleting a provision requiring the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to provide certain entities with validation stickers; deleting provisions requiring that validation stickers meet certain specifications, etc.
