Disclosure of Public Servants’ Personal Information; Authorizing certain public employees and officials to provide a written notice to a data broker to prevent disclosure of specified personal data concerning themselves and related persons; prohibiting a data broker from disclosing or redisclosing certain data after receipt of such notice; authorizing data brokers to provide e-mail addresses for receipt of such notice under specified conditions; providing for civil actions against a data broker for failure to comply, etc.
Public Safety; Requires each county, & every public agency within such county, to provide specified 911, emergency call, & dispatch services from centralized 911 call center operated by county or regional entity as decided by specified boards; requires state funds for emergency services to be redirected to each county that operates such centers; prohibits certain counties from receiving state funds; requires board of county commissioners of each county to convene specified board within certain time period; requires board to decide by unanimous vote entity for county that will operate its centralized 911 call center & funding for such entity; requires certain board of county commissioners to convene specified board within certain time period for county to establish regional centralized 911 call center; requires board to decide by unanimous vote entity for region that will operate its centralized 911 call center & funding for such entity; provides sheriff shall be deemed entity to provide 911, emergency call, & dispatch services in county in certain circumstances; provides reporting requirement; provides penalties for noncompliance.

Materials Harmful to Minors; Defines "harmful to minors"; & revises list of materials used in classroom which are subject to objection process by parents or residents.
Railroad Crossing Safety; Requires DOT to conduct statewide study on advanced detection & monitoring systems at railroad crossings; specifies scope of study; requires DOT to consult with specified entities; requires report to Governor & Legislature by specified date.
Voter Registration and Identification; Requires supervisor of elections to verify applicant’s citizenship status & refer certain matters to Office of Election Crimes & Security; provides certain action is considered written request from voter to have his or her name removed from statewide voter registration system; revises identifications accepted at polling places; requires that certain electors show Florida ID card upon entering polling place; provides that certain noncitizens may vote provisional ballot; requires supervisor of elections to verify certain information upon receiving request for vote-by-mail ballot; requires certain licenses & ID cards to denote certain persons as noncitizens.
Education on Congenital Cytomegalovirus; Requires DOH, in consultation with medical experts identified by department, to develop educational materials on congenital cytomegalovirus for distribution to expectant & new parents & caregivers; provides requirements for such educational materials; requires certain hospitals, birth centers, & obstetrics & gynecology physician practices to provide educational materials to such parents & caregivers; requires department to provide educational materials to child care facilities; requires licensing boards of certain health care practitioners, beginning on specified date, to require such practitioners to complete board-approved course on congenital cytomegalovirus as part of initial licensure & every other licensure renewal; specifies requirements for course; requires such health care practitioners to submit confirmation of having completed course in specified manner; requires boards to include hour required for completion of course in total hours of continuing education required for such profession, with exception; authorizes person holding two or more licenses subject to continuing education requirement to show proof of completion of course for purposes of relicensure for additional licenses; provides for disciplinary action.
Senate Confirmation of Gubernatorial Appointments/Legislative Approval of Extended States of Emergency; Proposing an amendment to the State Constitution to require that the Senate confirm appointments and removals made by the Governor and to require that the Legislature authorize an extension of a state of emergency declared by the Governor, etc.
Services During a State of Emergency; Authorizes DMS to enter into state term contracts for specified services; authorizes individuals to work in specified positions if they meet certain requirements.
Police Powers of the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission; Specifies conditions under which commission officers & other commission personnel may enter private property.
Doula Workforce Development ; Establishes Doula Workforce Development Support Program within Department of Commerce for specified purposes; provides requirements for grant funding & use of such funds; provides requirements for department to administer program; requires department to submit certain report to Governor & Legislature by specified date annually; authorizes department to require grant recipients to submit certain data; authorizes department to adopt certain rules. APPROPRIATION: $7,500,000
Motor Vehicle Data Privacy and Autonomy; Prohibits manufacturer from certain actions relating to operator data; provides exceptions; prohibits manufacturer from certain actions relating to personal identifying information; requires manufacturer to provide motor vehicle owner with access to & control of operator data; requires manufacturer to create certain interface; provides reporting requirements; requires DHSMV, in consultation with specified entities, to establish at least one standard for interface by specified date; requires DHSMV to review & revise standard or standards by specified date & at specified intervals; provides that violation of certain provisions is unfair & deceptive trade practice; requires DHSMV to adopt rules.
