Pet Rabbits; Prohibits sale of rabbits in specified locations & during specified months; specifies unlawful acts relating to sales of rabbits; provides requirements for rabbits offered for sale at retail pet stores; requires retail pet stores to maintain & make available specified records; provides for retrieval, return, & placement of abandoned rabbits; authorizes compliance inspections; provides exceptions.

Rec./Agency for Health Care Administration Personnel; Provides exemption from public records requirements for personal identifying & location information of certain current or former personnel of AHCA & names & personal identifying & location information of spouses & children of such personnel; provides for retroactive application; provides for future legislative review & repeal of exemption; provides statement of public necessity.
Interest on Trust Accounts; Requires CFO to set rate of interest payable by eligible institutions on interest on trust accounts quarterly, effective on specified dates; provides that percentage yield of such rate may not exceed specified threshold; requires CFO to inform Funding Florida Legal Aid of rate established for quarter; authorizes eligible institutions to pay annual percentage yield that is greater of specified interest rates or dividends on specified accounts; requires that such institutions submit to Funding Florida Legal Aid certain form promulgated by The Florida Bar.
District Courts of Appeal; Provides for reduction in number of judges on 1st District Court of Appeal & 2nd District Court of Appeal upon occurrence of event that otherwise would have resulted in judicial vacancy; provides limitation on automatic reduction of judges; requires Chief Justice of Supreme Court to notify Governor & Legislature of occurrence of specified event.
Parenting Plan Recommendations by Court-appointed Psychologists; Revises requirements parent must follow before filing legal action against court-appointed psychologist who developed parenting plan recommendation in certain cases.
Notice of Restoration of Voting Rights Information on Sentencing Scoresheets; Specifies information to be provided on sentencing scoresheets concerning restoration of voting rights; requires scoresheet to be provided to defendant before sentence is imposed.
Distilled Spirits; Increases size of distilled spirits containers that may be sold or distributed; authorizes entities to conduct tastings & sales at specified locations; provides requirements related to issuance of permits; provides broker or sales agent may be used in place of distillery representative at spirituous beverage tasting.
